Privacy Policy

Last updated August 12, 2026

1. What this policy covers

This policy explains how AxoBoard handles information when you visit our website, create an account, use a workspace, or connect a third-party business system.

2. Information we collect

  • Account and workspace details, including name, email, organization, timezone, and role.
  • Subscription records and billing identifiers provided by Stripe; not full payment-card numbers.
  • Configuration and business data you choose to connect, such as selected spreadsheets, fields, metrics, goals, and dashboard settings.
  • Technical and security information, such as IP address, browser, timestamps, session identifiers, error logs, and audit events.
  • Messages you send to support or sales.

3. How we use information

We use information to operate and secure AxoBoard, authenticate users, build requested dashboards, refresh connected data, process subscriptions, provide support, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, and improve the service.

4. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We may share only what is necessary with infrastructure, database, payment, monitoring, email, and integration providers acting on our behalf; with workspace administrators; when you direct us; or when law requires it.

5. Connected services

Each connected provider has its own privacy terms. AxoBoard requests only the scopes needed for the feature you choose. Production connectors are designed to keep access tokens server-side, tenant-scoped, revocable, and out of browser payloads.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep information while your account is active and as needed for security, support, legal, and billing obligations. You may request account deletion at privacy@axoboard.io. Some records may remain in backups or where retention is legally required.

7. Security

We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we process. No system is perfectly secure, so we also maintain monitoring, access controls, recovery procedures, and a process for investigating suspected incidents.

8. Your choices

You may update workspace details, revoke a connected provider, request access or correction, or ask us to delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions. Contact privacy@axoboard.io to make a request.

9. Children

AxoBoard is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be posted here with a new date. Privacy questions can be sent to privacy@axoboard.io.

Production data practices will be reviewed again before the first paid customer connects a business system.
