1. Using AxoBoard
These terms govern access to AxoBoard’s websites, dashboards, integrations, and related services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and confirm that you can enter into them for yourself or the organization you represent.
2. Accounts and workspaces
You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting sign-in credentials, and activity within your workspace. Tell us promptly at support@axoboard.io if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Plans and billing
When paid checkout is activated, plan price, billing cadence, renewal terms, included usage, and cancellation method will be shown before purchase. Payments will be processed by Stripe; AxoBoard will not store full card numbers. Taxes may apply. A subscription remains active until canceled under the terms shown at checkout.
4. Customer data and integrations
You retain ownership of data you submit or connect. You authorize AxoBoard to process that data only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to connect each third-party account.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use AxoBoard to break the law, infringe rights, distribute malware, probe or bypass security controls, disrupt the service, access another customer’s data, or resell access unless we agree in writing.
6. Product status
Features marked preview, beta, in development, or roadmap are not production commitments and may change. We will label production integrations separately after they pass security, reliability, and tenant-isolation checks.
7. AxoBoard property
AxoBoard and its software, designs, documentation, and branding remain ours and our licensors’. These terms give you a limited, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is authorized.
8. Availability and warranties
We work to provide a reliable service, but no internet service is uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without warranties not expressly stated in a signed agreement.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AxoBoard will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Any aggregate liability will not exceed the fees you paid to AxoBoard during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend access to protect customers or the service, address misuse, comply with law, or resolve unpaid balances. You may stop using the service at any time. Sections that logically survive termination—including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, and liability limits—will continue.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be posted here with a new date. Questions can be sent to legal@axoboard.io.
AxoBoard is in pre-launch development. No paid checkout is active until pricing and subscription terms are displayed and confirmed during purchase.
