What is AxoBoard?
AxoBoard is an operational KPI dashboard and team-performance platform. It is being built to connect directly to business systems, turn trusted data into clear dashboards, and make the next action easier to see.
Is this a business-intelligence tool?
AxoBoard is designed for operational visibility and action, not open-ended analyst exploration. BI tools help analysts investigate what happened; AxoBoard helps teams see what is happening now and respond.
Do viewers need paid seats?
The current pricing model includes unlimited viewers. Plans are designed around workspace capacity, editors, connected accounts, screens, refresh speed, and automation rather than charging everyone who needs to see the score.
How fresh is the data?
Refresh speed depends on your plan and the source API. Every KPI shows freshness and connection health so “real time” is never a vague promise.
Can we use AxoBoard on office TVs?
TV layouts, screen pairing, remote management, schedules, and dashboard loops are on the product roadmap. We will label them available only after the display service passes production testing.
How does AxoBoard protect credentials?
Connections are being designed so provider credentials stay server-side, encrypted, tenant-scoped, revocable, and absent from browser payloads. Each production connector must pass isolation and recovery tests before launch.
What can we customize?
Dashboard layouts, colors, logos, terminology, targets, alerts, celebrations, sounds, and Team Competitions share one workspace-owned design system.
Who can access the dashboard?
Only authenticated customers whose workspace has an active paid subscription can open the product. Marketing pages remain public; dashboard code and customer data stay behind the account and subscription gate.
